Digital Ihsan is Malaysia's first cybersecurity awareness and digital ethics company built on Islamic values. We help organisations across government, enterprise, and education build cyber-safe cultures — through awareness campaigns, training, and communications that people actually understand.

The word Ihsan (إحسان) means excellence — to do what is beautiful, as if you are being watched. In the digital world, this means approaching every interaction with integrity, care, and accountability. That's what we bring to every project.

Our Founder

Aaron Mokhtar

Aaron Mokhtar is a cybersafety educator, copywriter, and brand strategist with over 20 years of experience. Irish-Malaysian by background, he brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to the challenge of making the digital world safer, more ethical, and more human.

On his cybersecurity journey, alhamdulillah, Aaron has planned, strategised, and run cybersafety programs and campaigns with partners across the Malaysian government and private sector. I've clocked over 1950 hours of lectures and community outreach in a single year. He has developed education modules for universities, secondary schools, and primary schools across Malaysia.

Somewhere along the way, Aaron kept running into the same problem: the conversation around online safety was either too technical for everyday families, or too secular for faith-based communities. Neither approach was wrong, but neither was complete. That gap is why Digital Ihsan exists.
