Services
Three things, priced plainly. Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out the number — here it is on the page, and it's the same number for everyone.
Start with the audit
Almost everything below starts the same way: a fixed-scope, paid diagnostic of your content, your AI-search visibility, your automation gaps, your tool stack and your data exposure. Five business days. RM1,500.
It exists because a proposal written before anyone has looked at your material is guesswork with a price on it. What the audit finds decides which of the things below you actually need — and it will tell you plainly when the answer is none of them.

The Security Content Engine — from RM6,500/month
A retained content practice for one cybersecurity vendor at a time. You are buying a published point of view under your own name, produced at a cadence you can't hold yourself, by someone who doesn't need your engineers to fact-check it.
What you get every month
- Two long-form pieces, 1,500–2,500 words, published under your byline. Business outcome in the opening, technical precision in the body, and not one claim a practitioner can falsify.
- Two LinkedIn posts a week for one named person at your company — eight a month, first person, carrying their point of view rather than repackaging the articles.
- A monthly call to agree next month's angles and walk through last month's numbers.
- A quarterly review, written, against a metric agreed before we start.
- Everything produced under a published AI-use policy you can hand to your own auditor.
What it doesn't include
Ad copy, landing pages, web copy and sales decks. Ghostwriting outside those assets — a keynote script, an executive's book, a second named voice. Same-day turnarounds. Anything that has to keep running after I hand it over.
All of those are real work and I'll quote them. They're just not inside the retainer, and saying so now is cheaper than discovering it in month three.
What it needs from you
One named person willing to be the byline and give 45 minutes a fortnight. One internal approver who can say yes. Five working days to review a draft. A retainer that depends on your participation and doesn't say so up front fails quietly and gets blamed on the writer.
What it promises
Inbound conversations sourced from content — named people who reached out, replied, or cited a piece in a sales conversation. Reported monthly, alongside whether you're showing up when a buyer researches your category through an AI system.
What it doesn't promise: a lead number, a pipeline figure, or any result in the first two months. Content doesn't source conversations in month one, and promising it would set the renewal up to fail. The first honest reading is at the end of month three.
From RM6,500 a month, three-month minimum, monthly after that, 30 days' notice either way. Not discounted. Three clients at a time.

Fixed packages
For a specific gap the audit found, when a retainer isn't the answer. Fixed price, fixed scope, no monthly commitment.
| Package | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| AI-use and privacy policy | RM1,800 | A written AI-use policy, a privacy policy update, and a note on where a PDPA review is warranted. You sell data discipline — this is the document that shows you practise it. |
| Automation set-up | RM2,800 | The specific automations the audit flagged, built, documented and handed over. Handed over is the operative phrase: I don't stay on as the person who keeps it alive. |
| 90-day content sprint | RM4,500 | Closes the content and visibility gaps the audit found, in one bounded push, without committing to a retainer. |
Speaking and workshops
Most vendors buy attention. This is a way to be the reason your clients turn up to something instead.
Cyber-awareness sessions built for a non-technical room — your clients, your staff, or a community audience. Run them under your own brand, or have me deliver them.
| Format | What it is |
|---|---|
| 2-hour talk | One topic, one audience. Slides and a one-page takeaway. |
| 1-day workshop | Three modules, exercises, a scenario walkthrough, a participant workbook, and certificates of attendance. |
| 2-day workshop | Day one plus role-specific tracks, a live tabletop exercise, and a written recommendations summary you hand your client afterwards. |
| Licensed kit | The deck, handouts, facilitator notes and follow-up sequence, branded to you and run by your own team. Live delivery by me is available on top. |
Rates: from RM4,000 for a talk, from RM10,000 for a full day, quoted on audience and scope. Community and school sessions are priced lower, deliberately. International engagements are quoted in USD.
What I don't do is build a separate module set for each of your clients from scratch. That's a project with no end, and the licensed kit exists so it doesn't have to be one.
Faith-aligned digital safety consulting
For Islamic banks, takaful operators, Muslim NGOs and Islamic schools — organisations that differentiate on values everywhere except their security content, which is usually the same material everyone else uses.
Amanah is a better frame for data protection than compliance is, and it's one your people already understand. This isn't Islamic branding applied to generic content; it's building the thing from the principle up.
Frameworks, staff awareness programmes, community guidelines, and advisory. Scoped and quoted after an initial assessment — typically RM10,000 to RM20,000 for the assessment and framework.
What I don't do
Worth saying plainly, because it's most of what makes the rest work.
I don't run systems. I'll audit your stack, write your policy, set up an automation and document it — then hand it over. I don't become the person you call at 11pm because something stopped working.
I don't do volume. No article farms, no twenty posts a month, no SEO filler. Four good pieces beat twenty forgettable ones, and the twenty cost more.
I don't write fear. If the brief is to make it scarier, I'll show you the version that performs better instead — and if you still want the scary one, we're not a fit. That's not a preference, it's the whole argument.
And I don't ghostwrite for people who won't participate. Thought leadership needs a leader with thoughts. If the named byline can't give 45 minutes a fortnight, the work comes out hollow and we'll both know it.
